Why it exists
Context is often fragmented across tools, sessions, and individual agents. Useful history disappears at the boundary between products, forcing users to repeat the same information and rebuild the same understanding.

OceanDB provides one durable memory layer through a web application and an MCP connection. Information can be stored, organized, and retrieved across compatible agents while remaining under the user's control.
Current state
OceanDB is live as a web and MCP service. Product support, privacy information, and terms are published on the OceanDB website.
